Many of the medicinal plants that are currently produced in the country are either consumed as whole plants with the least processing in the country or exported abroad. In many factories, medicinal plant extracts, after being extracted by solvent, are packaged in the form of juice and liquid and are marketed. Liquid supply of extracts reduces retention time and storage, in addition to packaging and export, andIt also limits their applications. In order to provide the necessary infrastructure for research related to herbal medicines, a multivariate extraction research system has been designed, manufactured, installed and set up by non-aligned (reciprocal) extraction method, which has the ability to extract the active ingredients of different medicinal plants. . The pilot direction is considered in such a way that from 50-50 kg of medicinal plant can be processed in it. The system is a multi-step process, but can also be used as a one-step process. Parameters that can be checked by this system include type of process, number of steps, effect of temperature, effect of solvent type, effect of process time, mass balance and process efficiency
